Shipping policy

We offer same day pick up email info@acethelabel.ca or send us a direct message on instagram to place your pick up order please allow 1-3 hours pick up window after payment.

We offer GTA drop offs please email info@acethelabel.ca additional fees will apply 

 

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed, all orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. We ship with Canada Post, want your ordered quicker? we offer expedited 2-5 business days and express shipping 1-2 business days. weekends and holidays are excluded. Once we process your orders you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. Please provide the correct information for updates on the status of your order.  

We are not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen. If the status of your order show delivered and you did not receive it please contact your carrier and file a claim. Once the file is claimed we will do our best to locate your package If your package can not be located within 30-60 days ACE THE LABEL will gladly partial refund your order!
