ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE
However in some case we offer store credit. We do recommend ordering your correct size, if you’re unsure of sizing please email us at info@acethelabel.ca
RETURNS IF APPLICABLE
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Shop Ace The Label E-Gift Card your E-Gift card will never expire. Returns are processed in 3-5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To be eligible for a return your item(s) must be in the same condition you received it, unwashed, unworn with tags attached and in it’s original packing.
We do not provide prepaid return labels you are responsible for your own postage fees to ACE THE LABEL

Your return will be inspected, you will received an email notifying you we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of your approval or rejection. if approved once your return has been accepted we’ll send your further instructions on how to return your item(s) please do not send back your items without requesting a return. It will not be accepted.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
All items are steamed and thoroughly inspected before shipped out. If for any reason your item(s) is damaged or received the wrong item please contact info@acethelabel.ca so that we can rectify the issue.
SALE ITEMS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
All sale items are FINAL SALE unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded nor can they be returned for a store credit.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as bodysuits and swimwear), custom products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
